Bert Jansch, A Rare Conundrum, LP UK Charisma Records 1977 - CAS1127

A beautiful album, now unobtainable, recorded mostly in the Nova Sound studios in London with Rod Clements producing. Some tracks will also appear on "Three Chord Trick" (Virgin 1993) and one on the compilation "Dazzling Stranger: The Bert Jansch Anthology" (Castle Music 2000). Bert is accompanied on this album by Rod Clements (bass/mandolin/guitar/vocal), Ralph McTell (harmonica), Mike Piggott (violin), Pick Withers (drums). The cover illustration is by Nick Hocley for Charisma.

Un bel disco, oggi introvabile, registrato in gran parte negli studi londinesi Nova Sound con la produzione di Rod Clements. Alcune tracce compariranno anche in "Three Chord Trick" (Virgin 1993) e una nella compilation "Dazzling Stranger: The Bert Jansch Anthology" (Castle Music 2000).
