Bert Jansch, Living in the Shadows, LP UK Earth Records 2017 - EARTH LP014

Four LPs remastered by Brian Pyle and also released on CD. The idea was conceived by James Nicholls with the support of Adam Jansch, Bert's brother, and the Bert Jansch Foundation. The first three discs respectively re-propose the albums "The Ornament Tree" (1990), "When the Circus Come to Town" (1995) and "Toy Balloon" (1998). Very interesting is the fourth and last disc that contains demos, outtakes and above all "unreleased", pieces that like "Merry Priest" had never been published or played live.

Quattro LPs rimasterizzati da Brian Pyle e pubblcati anche in versione CD. L'idea è stata concepita da James Nicholls con l'appoggio di Adam Jansch, fratello di Bert, e della Bert Jansch Foundation. I primi tre dischi ripropongono rispettivamente gli album "The Ornament Tree" (1990), "When the Circus Come to Town" (1995) e "Toy Balloon" (1998). Molto interessante è il quarto e ultimo disco che contiene demos, outtakes e esoprattutto "unreleased", pezzi che come "Merry Priest" non erano mai stati pubblicati né suonati dal vivo.
