This is the band's first LP, produced by Stan Brennan. Recording was done at Elephant Studios by Nick Robbins and Craig Thomson. The photographs on the front and back covers are by Steve Tynan: they depict a somewhat incomprehensible propaganda campaign for smoking and drinking, with President Kennedy in the background.
