An epic album in which Renbourn finds a medieval edge that will remain his signature style. He also features Terry Cox (Sweeney's Man, The Pogues). The original Transatlantic album was digitally reissued by Shanachie in 1992 and later remastered by Sean Cotter and Andy Pearce for Castle with the addition of three bonus tracks. Original recording by John Wood at Sound Technique Studios in London. Produced by Nathan Joseph. The artwork is by Osiris Visions.
