John Renbourn, Faro Annie, LP UK Transatlantic Records ‎1971 - TRA 247 

An interesting album in many ways, this time featuring Renbourn reuniting with singer Dorris Henderson, with whom he recorded his very first album. Also noteworthy is the presence of double bassist Danny Thompson, a member of Pentangle with Renbourn. After its initial Transatlantic edition, the album was digitally reissued by Castle in 2002. Producer Bill Leader collaborated with engineer Nick Kinsey for the recording at Livingstone Studios. The cover art is by John Ashcroft, while the photography is by Janet Kerr and Shepard Sherbell. Total time 41:36.

Un album per molti aspetti interessante nel quale Renbourn ritrova la collaborazione con la cantante Dorris Henderson, con la quale aveva inciso il suo primissimo album. Da notare anche la presenza del contrabassista Danny Thompson, componente con Renbourn dei Pentangle. Dopo la prima edizione Transatlantic, il disco è stato riedito in digitale dalla Castle nel 2002. Il produttore Bill Leader si avvale della collaborazione del fonico Nick Kinsey per la registrazione ai Livingstone Studios. La copertina è in questo caso opera di John Ashcroft mentre le fotografie sono di Janet Kerr e Shepard Sherbell. Total time 41:36.
