Stephan Grossman arrived in England with a significant background, one that in some ways shared Renbourn's. Their meeting was love at first sight: the two musicians would go on to record several albums and tour together. Their first album was recorded at Livingstone Studios in London, led by engineer Nick Kinsey. The cover photo was by Terry Edend (the female figure in the background is mysterious). On the back is a presentation by Karl Dallas.

Stephan Grossman arriva in Inghilterra con un background non indifferente e per certi aspetti comune a quello di Renbourn, il loro incontro si può definire un colpo di fulmine: insieme i due musicisti faranno alcuni dischi e vari tour insieme. La registrazione di questo loro primo album avviene ai Linvingstone Studios di Londra per merito del fonico Nick Kinsey. L’elaborazione della foto di copertina è opera di Terry Edend (misteriosa è la figura femminile sullo sfondo). Sul retro una presentazione di Karl Dallas.
