John Renbourn, The Black Balloon, LP UK Transatlantic Records ‎1979 - TRA 355  

A successful album that went through several reissues: the first two in 1979, the European and American ones, featured different artwork. This is the English Transatlantic edition. The illustrations, titled "Uncle Lubin," are by William Heath Robinson (1872-1944), while the 1986 Canadian vinyl features artwork created by Look Out! In 2005, Castle offered a digital remaster. The original recording was made by sound engineer David Lord at Crescent Studios in Bath, Somerset. Total time 37:28.

Un disco di successo che ha avuto diverse pubblicazioni: le prime due del 1979, quelle europea e americana sono state illustrate in modo differente. Questa è l'edizione inglese della Transatlantic. Le illustrazioni dal titolo "Uncle Lubin" sono opera di William Heath Robinson (1872-1944) mentre il vinile canadese del 1986 propone una grafica creata dalla Look Out!
