Considering Norma Waterson's serious illness in 2010, this album seems even more extraordinary. Recorded live in a chapel in the family's hometown of Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire, it's a broad, captivating, and at times surprising collection of songs, beginning with Norma singing Tom Waits's "Strange Weather" and culminating in Martin Carthy's rendition of "Scarborough Fair." Neil Naccoll and Kate St. John produced the album, with Mattie Foulds as the sound engineer. Photography and cover art are by Elly Lucas.

La registrazione è stata effettuata live in una cappella nella città natale della famiglia, nella Robin Hood's Bay dello Yorkshire: è una raccolta di canzoni ampia, affascinante e a tratti sorprendente, comincia con Norma che canta "Strange Weather" di Tom Waits per toccare punte alte nell’interpretazione di Martin Carthy in “Scarborough Fair”.
